Dank innovativer bürstenloser Motor-Technologie überzeugt der DCG 409 mit höherer Leistung und Lebensdauer, kompakteren Abmessungen und einer längeren Laufzeit pro Akkuladung. Zusätzlich sind die Wicklungen des Motors mit Epoxyd-Harz gepanzert, um ihn vor abrasiven Staubpartikeln zu schützen. Ein optimiertes Lüftersystem sorgt dafür, dass Winkelschleifer und Elektronik auch bei intensiver Nutzung effektiv gekühlt werden und somit die Lebensdauer des Geräts erhöht wird. Doch auch in Sachen Sicherheit setzt der DCG 409 Maßstäbe. Mit der elektronischen Bremse wird die Scheibe in Sekundenschnelle gestoppt, um Verletzungen zu vermeiden.
