Giveaway Process
The duration of our giveaways is based on the period specified and published in the Blog. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.
Participation
To participate in the giveaway, a comment under the giveaway video is required. Furthermore, you can subscribe to our channel so you don't miss any more giveaways and increase your chances of winning. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the drawing.
Eligible Participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons who reside within the European Union and have completed their 18th year of age. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right, at their own discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if there are valid reasons.
Prize, Notification, and Prize Delivery
Only the product is raffled off as a prize, which is explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such prize in the corresponding video. Other products, tools, accessories, or other items from the video are expressly not part of the raffle.
The winners will be determined immediately after the participation deadline as part of a random drawing among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the corresponding Blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the Blog. Thereupon, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their residence located in Germany. The operator covers the costs incurred for sending the prize. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.
After the winner is announced, the winner must, within two days (48 hours), contact the email address of Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH specified in the announcement and provide us with their address. If the winner does not contact us within a period of two days, a new winner may be drawn.
Termination of the Giveaway
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies particularly to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent a scheduled course of the giveaway.
Data Protection
By participating in the giveaway, the customer agrees that their Social Media nickname will be publicly announced on our Blog in case of a win. Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent.
The participant can revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to service@toolbrothers.de.
