Giveaway Procedure
The duration of the giveaway is exactly four days from the time the video is uploaded. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.
Participation
To participate in the giveaway, a comment under the giveaway video on one of our Social Media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) is required. Furthermore, you can subscribe to our channel so you don't miss any more giveaways and to increase your chances of winning. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.
The mentioned Social Media platforms are not affiliated with this giveaway.
Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18. Excluded from participation in the giveaway are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at their own discretion if there are valid reasons.
Prize, Notification and Delivery of the Prize
Only the product explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such prize in the corresponding video will be given away as a prize. Other products, tools, accessories, or other items from the video are expressly not included in the draw.
The determination of the winners takes place directly after the participation deadline within the framework of a random draw among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the relevant blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the Blog. Following this, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively at their place of residence located in Germany. Costs incurred for shipping the prize will be covered by the operator. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.
After the winner is announced, the winner must contact the email address of Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH provided in the announcement within two days (48 hours) and provide us with their address. If the winner does not contact within a period of two days, a new winner may be drawn.
Termination of the Giveaway
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent a planned execution of the giveaway.
