Giveaway Process
The duration of our giveaways is based on the period specified and published in the blog. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.
Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons residing within the European Union who have reached the age of 18. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Prize, Notification and Delivery of the Prize

The winners will be determined immediately after the participation deadline by means of a random draw among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the relevant blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Subsequently, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their place of residence located in Germany. The operator will cover the costs incurred for shipping the prize. It is not possible to receive the value of the prize in monetary form instead of the product.
